The hotel derives its name from Napoleon Bonaparte, one of the greatest rulers and generals that France has ever produced. The Auberge Bonaparte is rated as four star hotels in Old Montreal.
Offering 30 rooms and a magnificent suite, all imbued with the charm of the historic building and beautifully appointed with Louis- Philippe style furnishings, it is truly a jewel in the crown of Quebec.

The Bonaparte promises you a memorable adventure in the heart of Old Montreal, where past meets present.

The five- storey building was built in 1886 by architect Victor Roy. Its first owner was a judge, the honorable Joseph- Amable Berthelot. The frontispiece still shows, engraved in stone, the "Berthelot 1886" stamp.

The Bonaparte Inn & Restaurant is one of the only establishments to offer a gastronomic restaurant within its walls.

The hotel takes you back to the past with antique settings, painted walls and remarkable decors. It offers style, comfort and beauty at one place. It is easy on the pocket.

Hours: 11a- 11p daily.
