You can experience the Scandinavian therapy by relaxing in a Finnish sauna or a Turkish steam bath for 10 to 15 minutes, followed by a quick cool down in the ice cold waters.

It is a day spa that does not offer lodging or dining services. The spa is a partner with numerous establishments in the Quebec City region to offer you special deals on accommodations.

You can simply chill your bodies in cold water which automatically relieves stress and increases blood circulation. It offers a relaxing setting for hosting a meeting or corporate event. The conference room comfortably accommodates up to 20 people. A local catering service is available to provide you with meals ranging from simple luncheons to 5 course dinners.

Hours: Open 7 days a week, year round.
Monday to Thursday 11am - 6pm, Friday to Sunday 11am - 8pm.
Summer schedule: June 24 to September 1, open daily 11am - 8pm.
