If you are a tea lover this place is ideal for you and even if you are not, the flavors will make you love them. Stop in for a pot of freshly brewed tea and a pastry or slice of cake. A full range of tea accessories is also available and the shop offers a number of interesting and educational tea classes, tasting and workshops.
It all began around 10 years ago with four young men who shared a passion for tea, tasting and travel. They began exploring the lost corners of Asia every year in search of the finest leaf and a deeper understanding of the soils, people and practices that create them. After years of following rough trails to distant mountains and valleys they began to gain an international reputation.
For creating awareness a number of workshops are organized. Workshops include general information, demonstrations of preparation techniques and comparative tasting. As an introduction to the vast world of tea the restaurant offers the art of tasting. The tasting last approximately one hour and uses professional comparative tasting techniques. This method allows 10 to 12 teas to be tasted side by side so that qualities of dry leaf, infused leaf and the flavors, aromas and colors of the liquors can be compared.
Hours: Tue- Wed, Sat 11am- 6pm; Thu- Fri 11am- 8pm; Sun Noon- 5pm
Payment methods: Visa, Master Card, Other.
