Charbon Bar and Grill was born in September 1999. Right from the first day of its opening, the quality and freshness of its products have made it an inescapable establishment in the old Capital, in the unique ambiance of the historic site of the Old Train Station.
The delicacies are prepared in a novel way which includes maple- charcoal- grilled cooking, AAA “sterling silver' Western Canadian beef, minimum 30- day aging process as well as dry aging of certain cuts. Fish fillets, seafood and premium western beef are transformed before your eyes into authentic, memorable grilled dishes. With an audacious menu that leaves visitors beaming with praise, the restaurant invites you to discover an ambience that will kindle your appetite and bring your senses alive.
The management team of Richard Demers, Martin Girard and Jean- Francois Houde, Executive Chef, as well as Nicolas Marcoux, Director of Human Resources, has always endeavored to make everyone's visit a most memorable experience.
