Observatoire De La Capitale

Depicting 400 years of history of Quebec, this place is a must visit for all those who come to this city. It vividly recreates Quebec's past.

From a height of 725 feet above sea level, Quebec City and the National Capital area can be seen as a huge scale model. The tallest tower in the capital affords unique viewpoints that are often impossible to see at ground level.

There is no better place to see St. Lawrence River, Île d'Orléans, the Laurentian Mountains, the star- shaped Québec Citadel or Quebec City and its fortifications, than from the observation tower.

The educational activities and original guided tours offered cover the history, geography, science, urban planning and architecture of the capital.
